  What are e-Statements?
e-Statements are electronic versions of paper statements received through your e-mail account rather than the Postal Office. They look just like paper statements, and contain the same information, yet you'll receive them sooner than before, usually on the day they're created.
  Why does the Bank offer this service?
We're dedicated to helping manage your finances easier. e-Statements are faster, and more useful. And, less paper makes them friendlier to our environment.
  What are the Push and Pull option?
The Push approach emails or pushes a statement image to you. This approach is convenient since the image is delivered to your email box as an attachment and no additional steps are needed.

The Pull approach pulls you back to the Bank's web site each month to access your e-Statement(s). This method eliminates the problems with large file attachments being sent to your email box.
  Are e-Statements protected?
e-Statements are security encrypted. Before the file opens you will be asked your password. Your password allows the file to be decrypted (decoded) for you to view. This makes e-Statements even more secure than traditional paper statements.
  Will I receive my old paper statements?
No. Should you need a paper copy, e-Statements can be easily printed out by you or you can call us. We'll be happy to mail you a paper copy.
  What if my email address changes?
You are responsible for notifying us of any email address change by: the e-Statement Login access on our website home page; 913-541-6133 or at: Premier Bank, Attn: e-Statements, P.O. Box 15956, Shawnee Mission, KS 66285-9864.
  What advantages do e-Statements offer?
  • Same Day Delivery - e-Statements virtually eliminates the waiting period by arriving the same day as your regular statement cycle.
  • Password Protected - Pushed e-Statements are encrypted prior to delivery. Using your private password is the only way to decrypt and view your statements. Pulled e-Statements use your private password via a secure web connection.
  • Easy Storage - e-Statements can be stored virtually anywhere. You can save them on your desktop or hard drive, in a private e-vault, in a file cabinet, or for a small fee, we can provide a monthly e-Statement on CD-ROM.
  • Worldwide Access - Since e-Statements are delivered to your e-mail address rather than your postal address, you'll have access when you need it...whether you're at the office, on vacation, or away on business.
  • Pull Previous Statements - With the pull method, you can pull previous months statements when needed.
  • It's FREE! - There is no charge for this convenient, time-saving service.
  How do I upgrade my accounts to begin receiving e-Statements?

  If necessary, could I stop receiving e-Statements?
Yes, if you wish to stop receiving your electronic e-Statement and revert to a paper statement, you can call us at 913-541-6133; visit any of our branches and speak to a personal banker or notify us in writing at: Premier Bank, Attn: e-Statements, P.O. Box 15956, Shawnee Mission, KS 66285-9864. Premier Bank will not assess any fees or charges to cancel this service.
e-Statements are created using the Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe's Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or later is all that is required to open and print your statements and can be downloaded FREE at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.

NOTE: The average pushed e-Statement is usually under 3MB. e-Statements with hundreds or thousands of checks could be as large as 100MB, so check with your email provider to ensure there are no size limitations on file attachments.
