Originally founded as Country Hill Bank, the bank was purchased in 1993 by Donald
Sturm of the Sturm Financial Group, Inc. in Denver, Colorado and became Premier
Bank.

David Caffrey joined Premier Bank, Lenexa,
Kansas as its President / CEO and Director in 1997. Premier Bank is an independently
owned, financial institution acquired by its present owner, The Sturm Financial
Group, in 1993. Premier Bank is one of two independent banks in Kansas, Missouri,
Wyoming, and Colorado under the Sturm holding company with combined total resources
of all banks exceeding $1.9 billion. Premier Bank has full service bank
facilities in Lenexa, Overland Park and Fairway, Kansas and North Kansas City,
Missouri.
Caffrey is a Kansas City native and has spent his banking
career in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. He has a strong commitment to community
banking and significant experience in commercial lending and the SBA programs. Caffrey
works closely with business owners, investors and individuals to meet their specific
financial needs.
Caffrey holds a Bachelors of Science-Business Administration (BS/BA)
Degree, majoring in Finance and Banking, from the University of Missouri, Columbia,
Missouri; a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)
from Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri; and a Graduate Degree from the Graduate
School of Banking, University of Colorado.
